Your arrival
- Check-in is from 3pm.
- Early arrival option: we offer a luggage storage service and changing room so you can take to the slopes as soon as possible.
- Book your ski passes with our reception team and pick them up on arrival. You can enjoy a 5% discount on published rates for a minimum 3 day pass.
- If you are not travelling by car, you can make use of Skiidy Gonzales’s airport and station transfer service and get a 10% discount (ask for the promotional code)
Your stay
The hotel
Just opposite the slopes, ski lifts, toboggan run and rental stores for skiing and mountain biking equipment: direct access. Entertainment, shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel reception can take care of booking your ski passes. You can also enjoy a discount on equipment hire through our partnership with the nearby ski rental outlets.
Getting around the resort
There is a free train running every 10 minutes from outside the hotel to reach the Super Morzine gondola lift and Avoriaz. For skiing holidays on your doorstep!
The village’s free shuttle service offers stops at various well-placed points throughout the resort. You can also use the Balad’Aulps Bus to reach not only Saint-Jean-d’Aulps and the Abbey Discovery Area, but also the village of Les Gets.
Taxi service
For a superior transport service at the resort, contact hotel reception for a taxi. Our reception staff can order a taxi for you, leaving straight from the hotel car park.
