Eager to bring you an extraordinary culinary experience, Le Tremplin has since 2017 been certified “Maître Restaurateur”, a title guaranteeing a fully homemade cuisine based on whole foods and fresh produce. It is in this spirit of authenticity and love for the art of cooking that our Chef Jonathan Limosino and his team have thought this winter card! We welcome you every day during the winter season from 11:30 to 16:00 on our sunny terrace or indoors, facing the Pleney slopes.
