Chef Alexandre is back in the kitchen
It’s official, the restaurant is reopening this Saturday, December 10th and our chef Alexandre, (already two seasons under his belt) is back with for this winter season 2022/2023! On the program a “back from the market” cuisine which has found its audience thanks to the emphasis on seasonal products, sourced locally and of course everything homemade from the aperitif platters to the desserts!
A festive and gourmet menu for this winter
This season, find the most beloved of the Tremplin to regain some strength after a session on the slopes: gourmet burgers, tasty and grilled meats, Savoyard specialties… Feel like something lighter? Have a look at the salads (Detox, Omega 3…) or fishes and seafood (fricassée of prawns, sea bass fillet…). Not to mention our favorite section: world cuisine with its curries, pad-thais and chirashis! Special mentions also for the daily suggestions of our chef, directly inspired by the arrivals and novelties of the market.
Truffle is always a good idea
If we had to highlight one of our gastronomic choices this year, it would be this one! Our chef has decided give truffles an centerstage position on the menu! The ones we work with at Le Tremplin come from our Italian neighbors and are just what one needs to give a little holiday “je ne sais quoi” to all the simplest of dishes. Taste it on poached eggs, a tasty piece of meat or even on a nice plate of pasta or risotto!
