Alexandre Willer, new chef at the head of the Tremplin
Le TREMPLIN has found its new chef and is about to write a new page in its culinary history! Alexandre Willer is not at his first attempt. This original Boulonnais first followed a classical training in Burgundy and then acquired most of his experience in resorts (Megève, L’Alpes d’Huez, Tignes). Follower of fresh cuisine “back from the market”. Respect for the product, mastery of cooking and seasoning are the watchwords in his team. Solid bases which allow him to shine as well in the classics of bistronomy as to venture on the side of international flavors (especially spices) and fusion cuisine. So much for the presentations of this chef who finished semi-finalist of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France … let’s switch to the tasting!
