Dear everyone, Le Tremplin is committed to sharing with you all the big and small events that make up the life of our hotel-restaurant in Morzine. This is why we wanted to give you the heads up on the upcoming leave of our beloved chef at the end of this summer season. Jonathan Limosino masterfully orchestrated the kitchens of Le Tremplin for 8 years and 16 seasons without ever hitting a wrong note! If we will regret his presence within our walls, we prefer to salute his journey with us and celebrate the end of this great adventure. Let’s take a a look back at a great story …
8 years of culinary journeys
Sitting down at Le Tremplin meant to embark on a culinary journey! For 8 years, Jonathan offered us a menu like a passport to distant lands with one goal: to surprise your taste buds! Burgers, Italian cuisine but above all iconic dishes of Asian cuisine have conquered the most demanding palates. A flawless course for our globetrotter chef who passed in the meantime the very serious certification of “maître restaurateur”. A guarantee of quality that has contributed to the establishment’s influence since 2017.
Farewell lunch, August 29th
You have enjoyed John’s touch all these years and will miss him too? Don’t miss out on his last lap behind the stove: on Sunday, August 29th, Le Tremplin brings you a special menu like an anthology of our chef’s signature dishes. Book quickly, places will be limited for this unique event.
New beginnings
Although our chef is packing up his knives for new adventures, the Tremplin is not close to giving up on tasty food, far from it! Since 1936, our hotel-restaurant has never stopped reinventing itself to bring you an ever-renewed experience at the foot of the Pleney slopes. This departure is also an opportunity for us to write a new chapter in our long history and to continue to amaze you … so, have a good trip John and stay tuned to keep posted on our upcoming adventures!
